Introduction

CATTS is looking for an administrative talent to support our head of finance with various accountancy and administrative tasks. At our company you will enjoy the entrepreneurial, fast-paced mindset of a small-to-mid-sized company, but at the same time you will gain exposure and experience of working in a truly global organization.

CATTS has a number of legal entities and a diverse team of ±100 members around the world. The majority of the activities is for our entity in Poland, but will include some support for other countries as well.

Responsibilities

  • Accountancy and administrative support
  • Entering financial data into the system
  • Preparation of financial, tax and operational reports
  • Creating cost analysis reports for other departments
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Handling office matters of the company
  • Cooperation with other teams within company

    • Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum two years of experience in the field of accounting (experience in other countries accounting would be an asset)
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of accounting for economic operations in full accounting and tax settlement
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Ability to work independently, without direct supervision
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum/occasional travel required
