Introduction

CATTS is looking for a strong leader who combines strategic insight, hands-on consulting experience, and a passion for delivering excellence. As Consultancy Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving successful international trade projects, optimizing internal operations, and guiding high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Management & Operations

• Lead and support internal operations, resource planning, and team performance across multiple projects and countries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through our Quality Management System (QMS).
• Provide clear performance insights and strategic input to the executive team.
• Ensure smooth and compliant use of internal tools, including time tracking and resource management through Odoo (training provided).
• Support financial planning through data analysis and performance metrics.

Consulting & Project Delivery

• Manage and deliver consulting projects in customs, classification, and international trade.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations and quality standards.
• Apply best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Use client feedback to refine service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to overall business strategy.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Support business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Represent CATTS in strategic discussions with global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams across regions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong background in customs and international trade; minimum 7 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of customs procedures, classification, and compliance regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Odoo), MS Office, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methods.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Leadership experience in managing international teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong client orientation, relationship-building skills, and business acumen.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Flexible and globally minded, with a willingness to travel internationally as needed.
