We are looking for a motivated, self-starter and results-driven person to join our dynamic commercial/sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, going after new logos, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business within the EMEA region
• Open opportunities through own research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Initiate and manage sales campaigns, webinars and/or events
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our internal CRM tool.
• Help the company leadership in formulating a sales strategy and execute it.
• Pro-active reporting to the Commercial VP.
Location: This is a remote opportunity.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in new business sales / business development within the industry.
• Domain knowledge and experience of the Customs and Global Trade Management industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years in enterprise solution and B2B sales, with strong understanding of SaaS and subscription business models
• Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach.
• A results-oriented and adaptive mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Great communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage the sale process from first call execution of integration, through to the onboarding.
• Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions.
• Experience in working in a multicultural and multi country company.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Language skills preferable English (minimum), German, Spanish any other.
