Responsibilities

As a Trade Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing import and export documentation..
• Collaborating with Customs Broker to provide clear instructions and fulfil customer requirements on time.
• Collaborating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues related to trade operations.
• Monitor emails, info-queues, and promptly address client issues
• Prepare reports and actively participate in meetings.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and standards related to Trade Compliance and International Trade.
• Utilizing trade management software and tools to track shipments and manage compliance.
• Collecting and preparing KPIs and metrics for the process executed.

Requirements

• General knowledge of Customs and International Trade.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Import and Export processes
• Proven knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective Communication: Strong English verbal and written skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse audiences.
• Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset to identify and implement enhancements in processes and practices.
• Adherence to all policies, procedures, standards and obligations regarding the Quality Management System.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a cooperative environment.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Decision Making and Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess situations, make informed decisions, and resolve issues efficiently.
