A proud wife, mother of two, and seasoned professional, Paulina has been an integral part of CATTS for over five years, taking on the role of Global Operations Director in June 2024. Inspired by CATTS' values and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, she embraced this position knowing she could contribute both her skills and her authentic self.

Paulina describes herself as a "doer" – someone who thrives on challenges, remains results-oriented, and finds joy in uncovering impactful solutions. "Understanding how cultural differences shape our daily interactions allows me to develop strategies for more effective teamwork. Collaborating with teams from India, crossing over to the US, adds both a layer of challenge and excitement to my role. Every day is a new learning experience."

"When I was 16, I competed in the National Chemistry Olympics in Mexico and earned 2nd place in my state!"

" I’ve known Peter Bulters (co-founder) for many years, and when he invited me to join this project, I didn’t hesitate.
